Affordable and available insurance and Lancair's support in this issue (updated 11/19/03)
Dear Lancair Customers:

Insurance is one of our highest priorities at this time. Unfortunately we can not seem to get enough insurance companies on board to assist our customers in finding the right insurance plan. With this in mind, we are working to collect data on all of our Lancair customers to make a presentation the insurance companies. It would be in all our best interest if each and every customer takes the time to complete this questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to build a database of information for all Lancair depositors/builders and Lancair pilots. This information will be used to determine if an affordable and dependable Lancair insurance "program" can be created and implemented for our customers. The information you provide will be completely confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone other than Lancair and our insurance company. If there is more than 1 pilot flying your Lancair, please make sure that each pilot completes this questionnaire. Your cooperation and assistance is greatly appreciated. We will keep everyone updated on the progress. This questionnaire can be downloaded as a pdf to be faxed back to 541-923-2255 OR downloaded as a WORD file, completed and e-mailed back to sales@lancair-kits.com.
